Privacy Policy
Plain English: we collect what we need to quote and complete your job, we use a few standard tools to run the websites and the phones, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we are
Elevation Home Co. is the parent brand and operating name of Elevation Visuals LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at 5244 Cottondale St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519. Reach us at hello@elevationhome.co or 616.254.9465.
We run two divisions, and each publishes its own policy covering its own website and tooling: Elevation Garage Door and Elevation Exteriors. This page covers elevationhome.co and any contact you make through it.
Information you give us
When you call, text, or email us we collect your name and phone number, your service address, what you need done, and anything else you choose to tell us — including photos. We ask only for what we need to quote and schedule the work. We do not take payment card numbers through this website.
Information collected automatically
As of the effective date above, elevationhome.co runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no call tracking. Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — for security and troubleshooting, and that's the extent of it. The division sites do run call tracking and, in the case of Elevation Exteriors, website analytics and ad measurement; each says so on its own privacy page. If we add any of that here, this page changes with it.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, schedule the work, and do the job.
- To contact you about your quote or job — by phone, text, or email.
- To invoice you, honor warranties, and keep a service history.
- To route your request to whichever division handles it.
- To keep records we're required to keep, and to resolve disputes.
Text messages
When you give us your number or text us first, you're agreeing that we can text you back about your quote and your job. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or just tell us. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business — our web host, our scheduling and invoicing software, our call-tracking provider on the division sites — and with the crew who performs your service. Information also moves between our two divisions when a job spans both. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we're doing business with you and afterward for warranty, tax, and legal purposes — generally seven years for financial records. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
Michigan doesn't currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, and most state privacy statutes don't reach a local service business our size. We'd rather not hide behind that. Email hello@elevationhome.co and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, delete it if we're not required to keep it, or stop contacting you — free, within a reasonable time.
Photos of your property
We photograph our work and use those photos as before-and-after examples in marketing. They show the property only — never your name, street address, or house number, and we don't tag your location. Tell us and we won't photograph your home. Ask us to take something down and we will.
Security
Our sites are served over HTTPS and customer records live in access-controlled software. No system is perfect and we won't claim ours is — but we don't store card numbers or Social Security numbers.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top.
