These cover using this website and hiring us. Your written estimate and invoice govern the actual job — if anything here conflicts with those, those win.

Who you're dealing with
Elevation Home Co. is the operating name of Elevation Visuals LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at 5244 Cottondale St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519. "We" and "us" mean that company, including both divisions. "You" means the person or business requesting or receiving service.
Division terms
The work itself is performed by one of our two divisions, and each publishes trade-specific terms that govern its jobs: Elevation Garage Door and Elevation Exteriors. Where those differ from this page for a given job, the division's terms control.
Using this website
The content here — text, photos, and design — belongs to us. Read it, print it, link to it. Don't republish it wholesale or use our name and photos to represent your own work, and don't attempt to break, mass-scrape, or interfere with the site. The guides and resources on our sites are general information, not professional advice for your specific property.
Quotes
Quotes are free and non-binding until accepted. A quote given from a photo or a phone description is our best good-faith estimate from what we can see or were told. If what we find on site differs materially, we tell you the revised number before starting, and you're free to decline and owe us nothing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless your estimate says otherwise, by the methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Michigan law, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
Insurance
We carry liability insurance. Ask and we'll send you a certificate.
Photos of completed work
We photograph our work and use those images in marketing. The photos show the property only — never your name, street address, or house number. Tell us and we won't use yours. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Michigan law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, for personal injury caused by us, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. This does not affect your rights under Michigan consumer protection law.
Resolving problems
Call us first — almost everything gets fixed with a phone call and a return visit. If something can't be worked out, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Kent County, Michigan.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. The version in effect on the date of your estimate is the one that applies to your job.
