Do you charge a trip or travel fee inside the metro?
No. Inside our standard Grand Rapids service area, the flat-rate quote is the price — there's no separate trip charge. For jobs just past our core radius we may still come, but we'll quote any travel cost honestly before anything is booked.
How fast can you get out?
Most weekdays have same-day garage-door slots, and exterior work is photo-quoted the same afternoon and usually scheduled within the week. Keeping the service area tight is what makes those response times possible.
